What does shipping cost?

You will see the shipping costs during the order process, before you complete your order. That way you know exactly where you stand before you pay.

What is the delivery time?

We ship your order as soon as the payment has been received. We state the delivery time in working days. That estimate is indicative and does not count as a strict deadline.

Is a delivery delayed by more than 30 days? Then you may cancel the agreement free of charge.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to the address you provide, within the European Union.

When does the risk pass?

The risk of damage or loss passes to you at the moment the order has been delivered to the address provided.
